Nice to meet you, my name is Alexandre Diaz.

My professional journey is a blend of unique experiences that have given me a comprehensive perspective on human behavior. I am a psychologist, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), and I am passionate about deeply understanding how our emotions and feelings manifest in our behaviors.

During my studies, I worked on several fronts of psychology. At the Vitalis Health Center, I conducted sessions as a clinical psychology intern. I also participated in case discussions and seminars to improve my diagnostic skills. In the field of organizational psychology, I assisted with the entire HR cycle at CEREBRUS, including recruitment, selection, psychological and psychosocial evaluation, onboarding, and training. In the public sector, I collaborated with the Municipal Government of Viamão on the "Happy Child" - PIM social program, where I made home visits to guide families in child development strategies.

My practice focuses on the cognitive and constructivist approach, which seeks, in a collaborative way, to understand how we build our meanings about the world and, from there, to develop practical strategies to deal with challenges. I am currently specializing in the Neurosciences of Emotions and Feelings, which allows me to combine the principles of psychology with knowledge about the intrinsic workings of our brain and how it can enable, as well as inhibit, us.

In parallel, I've developed a career in the field of technology. As a language specialist, I have extensive experience in data collection, translation, and annotation projects, ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content and reviewing the work of other collaborators. My background includes other diverse experiences, such as administrative functions, retail sales, nursing technician, and even flight attendant and livestreaming. These life experiences have shaped me into a versatile professional who is understanding and attentive to detail.

All of these experiences have molded me into a versatile professional with an analytical, empathetic, and welcoming perspective. This ability to combine psychological knowledge with a practical and detailed approach makes me a great partner for you on this journey.
